calories burned.

On Wednesday night I went to yoga.  And this morning I woke up at 6 am to go to the gym.  Whatever calories I burned off, I made up for with my Ruby Tuesday's appetizer sampler platter for dinner.  I ate:

And a generous pour of red wine. 

I had the house all to myself tonight --- so while I ate my weight in fried food, I watched Sex and the City and then The Notebook.  God I love that movie.  Christopher is like my Noah.  I'm glad I found him.
